NESTOR UMC'S MISSION STATEMENT
The mission of the Nestor UMC is to be a nurturing center for all people, encouraging them to become disciples of Jesus Christ.
Our vision includes offering worship at a different time and in a different format in addition to the two services now offered. It is to be a place of safety and a place for learning and for spiritual growth. It is to be especially focused on children and youth affirming, encouraging and loving them.
Our Immediate focus would be to offer a third worship opportunity, start a community children's choir, expand the mentor program already in existence and develop plans for the new vision including a phased approach.
